Fall is the best time to aerate and overseed tall fescue in Wichita. Our renovation window runs from early September through mid October.
Mulch and rock
Fresh mulch, river rock and decorative stone for beds, tree rings and borders, with clean edges and weeds pulled first.
Weekly mowing
Mowing, edging along drives and walks, trimming around trees, fences and the house, and a blow-off of hard surfaces before we leave. Weekly or biweekly.
Lawn renovation
Core aeration and verticutting to open up compacted clay, then overseeding and a starter fertilizer to bring thin, worn-out turf back to life.
Lesco Grade A tall fescue, 99% weed free, 5 lb per 1,000 sq ft
Fertilizer and weed control
A five-step turf program timed to the season: weed and feed in May, August and September, a fall post-emergent, and a winter fertilizer in November.
Cleanups and shrub trimming
Full yard cleanups, bed weeding, seasonal shaping of shrubs and small trees, and hauling away everything we pull.
Irrigation and water features
Sprinkler start-up, repairs, head flagging and fall blowout, plus pond and fountain cleanups and bubbling water feature conversions.
Commercial snow and ice
Snow plowing and ice pretreatment for commercial lots and walkways, so your business stays open and safe all winter.

Plans spread the year across 12 equal payments, so there are no big bills in spring or fall. Every yard is different, so we price each plan after a quick look at your property.
